Eco World Kuzumaki Wind Power Station. Built in 2003 the plant generates 2 million kilowatt hours of electricity per year. Kuzumaki in Northern Japan bills itself as a town of "Milk, wine and clean energy". The 8000 population town has little local industry so Kuzumaki invited Japanese companies to set up wind, solar and biogas generating plants.
